RMA is not required, but we encourage you to add a note explaining what symptoms you are experiencing. Please Include your contact info including email on the note.
Once the repair is received, we will update you with our diagnosis.
There is a $25 Assesment charge that will be applied to all repairs, regardless of the warranty status.
Astera warranties against manufacturer defects for 1 year. Batteries are only warrantied for 3 months. Wear and tear are not covered.
Our repair center keeps a database of any and all repairs we recieve. This provides us a history to better service your units.
Wifiled established this repair facility in 2010 to prevent having to ship the fixtures over seas. We are the largest and the most experienced techs in the entire United States for the Astera Brand.
Please be advised we only handle Astera repairs for the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. International repairs are handled in Germany and China. Please visit Asteras site for more info.
